Dying to Discuss
Meaningful conversations about death. Because discussing the end can help us live more fully.
Let’s talk about the one thing we all have in common but rarely discuss: death. Dying to Discuss is a lighthearted yet meaningful event where you can explore life’s most universal topic in a safe, welcoming space.
Virtual Death Cafe
The Death Cafe is a simple concept—bring strangers together to discuss one of the great universal truths: death. With thousands of chapters in over 26 countries around the world, Death Cafes are informal gatherings that aim to “increase awareness of death with a view to helping people make the most of their lives.” There is no set agenda, but conversations are generally about beliefs, thoughts, and feelings about death and dying. This is a discussion group rather than a grief support or counseling session.

Active & creative ways to grieve with intention
Grief is not an illness but a natural and normal response to loss. While we often associate grief with bereavement, we encounter many other losses throughout our lives. By cultivating a deeper awareness of our individual journeys with loss, we can better understand the self-care and community-support practices that serve us best.
Join this session to learn active and creative approaches to embracing grief.
